AUGUST FESTIVITIES

This fair is celebrated in honor of our patron saint in the days prior to August 15. It has its origin in the middle of the 18th century, thanks to Carlos III who granted Coin in 1765 the privilege of celebrating it between August 10 and 14.

HOLY WEEK

During these days the images of the different brotherhoods and brotherhoods of the town go out in procession. On Palm Sunday the Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno takes out "La Pollinica" in procession.

LA FUENSANTA PILGRIMAGE

The transfer of the Virgin from the Church of San Juan Bautista to her hermitage takes place on May 1. The whole town comes out to say goodbye to her and accompany her to her sanctuary, where the sacred image remains until the first Sunday of June.

NEW YEAR'S EVE IN COÍN

The last day of the year is especially singular in Coín, the visitor will have the opportunity to experience the entrance to the new year in the most original way.

ORANGE FESTIVAL

The harvesting of the orange harvest begins in October and ends in May, which is why this date coincides with the Orange Festival, whose celebration commemorates the completion of harvesting in the field.

SPRING PARTIES

It is celebrated at the end of April and the first days of May. Traditionally it has been a tribute to the industriousness of the people of Coín and the fertility of their lands.
